Hallmarket operates an International Spare parts service, sending parts around the world daily. Stocks are kept high to avoid dissapointment and every order no matter how big or small is dealt with, with the same importance.

Parts Staff

Our parts staff are fully qualified people who understand the machines. Constant training is in effect to ensure even when you do not have a part number available, a sensible discussion is likely to result in the correct part being despatched.

Part Numbers

It is always best to quote Part Numbers when ordering parts to avoid the wrong part being sent and the machine serial number if possible.

Computerised Stock System

Hallmarket has a modern computerised stock system designed to ensure optimum levels of stock are achieved to provide you the customer the very best service.

Constant appraisals are carried out to keep up with trends and demands and more state of the art systems will be introduced as needed to ensure optimum customer service is maintained.

Scheduled Order System

We offer to all our customers a Scheduled Order System. This guarantees customers’ parts will be available when they require them by discussing with us a scheduled order plan. Parts are then placed on our shelves in a quarantine area ready to be sent on the agreed dates to the customer.

Delivery Service

We offer a selection of delivery services depending on destination. UK mainland we can offer next day services at all times of the day , even Same Day deliveries are possible.

Opening Times

Our parts department is open from 8.00 am until 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Any parts which are needed next day must be ordered by 12.00 pm Monday to Friday.
